    • It's fun to joke about but bringing back Williams would be a huge boost to Memphis' roster.

Frankly, I don't give two shits about Memphis's roster lol

You should. We need our conference mates perform well, at least in non-conference play. If Memphis tanks the AAC will have a hard time getting two bids this year. I cheer for every AAC school until conference play starts as their success in November-December can benefit WSU.

For me, I don't see us being remotely close to a bid next year unless Mills can pull a rabbit out of his hat with the remaining two scholarships. I also hate Memphis ... so I'd actually enjoy them not getting what they want for their roster.

In a normal year, sure I would agree. Just don't see Memphis's roster being relevant at all to us next year with the exception of how badly they will beat us.

            • Memphis = Creighton

For every other conference foe, I would agree that I want to see them play well.

MVC Creighton and Memphis couldn’t/can’t lose enough.

I get that point of view as well and agree the NIT is probably the ceiling as of now. I largely cheerlead the conference as a whole, and want to see the other schools do well, mostly because it helps WSU to play in a good conference.

                • I think it's possible he may have actually played with Toure Murry at Klein Forest High School.

                  Let that sink in.

                  • None of it matters. I say, we're gonna win the league next year just as soon as I finish this drinkie poo.

Forget the MVC part, I still hope Creighton loses every game. I hate their success.

I have softened on them a little but still laughed when they lost that close one in the Elite 8.

Close but Toure is like 33 now. He may have played with Derail Green though.

Bad look to step down for an AHC job this late into the offseason. I think his days in Charlotte were numbered regardless considering the result in CUSA and step up in competition.
