Me either. That would stroke half of us out on here.

      • I would like that but as much as it’s changed since 2020 would he even be able to deal with todays athlete.

          • They may indeed be looking at a former Shocker coach

I'd rather Charlotte hire a coach that can make them better.
Infinity Art Glass - Fantastic local artist and Shocker fan
                RIP Guy Always A Shocker
Carpenter Place - A blessing to many young girls/women
ICT S.O.S - Great local cause fighting against human trafficking
Wartick Insurance Agency - Saved me money with more coverage.
Save Shocker Sports - A rallying cry

                • Apparently Charlotte likes the idea of WSU paying part of his salary.

I'm sure WSU could take it to court if they wanted if they felt they were doing an "under-market" deal in order to take advantage of that clause. I'm sure there is a "good faith" clause in there somewhere.

Now would we? Probably depends on how low they go.

                    • Apparently IB did all the work to build the roster and culture of WSU as well, before he took over year one.

Wonder why he couldn't maintain that after Year 1?

Maybe someone as smart as Will can enlighten us....

Surly, there has to be something included about taking a job in-conference affecting the buyout.

I don't think in conference would matter. But if they give him a 5 year contract and it's like 100k, 100k, 100k, 1 million, 1 million then it would probably trigger something lol

prob not that drastic, but they could pay him $500k and Brown could argue he's still entitled to his severance since he used to make $1M.

My understanding is that taking another job wouldn't void his severance, but it would reduce the amount owed by WSU.

                              • I love how Kunkel proudly boasts that “proven AAC champion” wording like it’s some sort of statement. A covid title with a group of players and culture he inherited in October that was already in place.

                                ... No really, deuces.
