One thing I have learned, and it applies to gambling, is that if it looks to good to be true be careful. The line smells and the movement suggests bets are heavier on Cincy and I always like to be on the house's side, therefore, I'm switching to the shocks 63-60

I would say in general you are correct. But, from my experience college basketball is the outlier. There are so many games on any given night that sometimes you can find sure things especially on the non top 25, non sexy matchups.

I have actually thought / wondered the same in general about the more insignificant games. Now, the NFL games are a different story.
