IDK... If this has been posted yet. But, this is from Fran Fraschilla's Twitter.... @franfraschilla: Yes. RT @colin_matthew21: @franfraschilla With Wichita states recruiting class do you think they will make the NCAA's next year?
Hey man! Thats my Twitter account! Fran Fraschilla has tweeted back to me twice now, once after we killed Creighton by 21 up in Omaha, and than that. Everybody Follow me on twitter @colin_matthew21

Don't let me put words in @BOBB:'s mouth, but if we couldn't win the Puerto Rico tournament last year with 5 experienced seniors, it might just be a stretch to think we are going to come out of the gates like prized stallions. Ain't saying we aren't going to make it to the finish-line in a close race at the end -- anything's possible ... but I don't think we are going to jump out 4 lengths ahead of the pack either.
Kung Wu say, man who read woman like book, prefer braille!
Last year we had to replace Durley, Blair, Hatch & Ellis and we were concerned about that.
We had solid D-1 experience returning in Stutz, Ragland, Murry, Smith, Kyles and Williams.
This year we get to replace Stutz, Ragland, Murry, Smith and Kyles.
Solid returning D-1 experience is Williams, Hall, Armstead and perhaps Cotton. I just can't bring myself to throw EO, White and Wessel into the solid D-1 experience group. We seemed less concerned this year.
I really like our recruiting + Ron Baker class, although I guess there are still some moving parts there. I really don't expect any of our Juco recruits to follow the path of James Anacreon but I guess you just never know.
I do expect that there will be an adjustment period to D-1 basketball and perhaps even more so to 3G's system from all the newcomers, Juco and high school. No question there appears to be a lot of potential there. How it will all come together as a unit remains to be seen. How the team chemistry develops will be very important I believe.
My bottom line is I believe we are losing more than the previous year and we have less proven commodities coming back to fill the void. Too bad we don't have a foreign trip again this summer. I am optimistic, but definitely cautious in my optimism.

KW - That's not what BOBB said. He used the words damaged and embarassed to describe his "state of the program". This goes much further than just stating that we won't begin the season with a winning team. I too would predict a difficult beginning to our season this year but the team may be pretty good by MVC time and the next year, we should be even better.
In my opinion I think Cleanthony Early has enough talent to contend with Mcdermott for Valley Larry Bird POY
Sad (to the rest of the MVC), but true. That's the defensive stopper right there. Cha-ching! Shockers look better than ever (meaning over the last five years, since Marshall has been here, for the anal retentive types).
