  • It appears you can vote multiple times if you close the page out between votes.

It also appears there's a glitch in their vote counting. First time I voted for Fred he showed 79% of the votes. I refreshed the page and Montrezl Harrell had 71% of the votes (Fred with 3%). Closed the page and voted for Fred again and he showed with 66% of the votes.

It seems that whoever got the last vote gets the big percentage displayed, so this poll may be very inaccurate.
The future's so bright - I gotta wear shades.
We like to cut down nets and get sized for championship rings.

The site will no longer let me vote again, although I voted three times earlier today. Fred is 58% of 221 votes at 2:50 pm

Remember when Nancy Pelosi said about Obamacare:
"We have to pass it, to find out what's in it".

A physician called into a radio show and said:

Not sure about that. I had not voted for a few days and just now entered 15 votes for Fred before losing the option to vote.

It's odd to ask a writer with his own idiosyncratic rules for preseason All-American selection to try to handicap who the Associated Press will choose as its top 15 college basketball players in America...

                    2nd Team

                    G Fred VanVleet, Wichita State

Wichita State still carries top-10 potential, largely due to VanVleet's steady leadership. Here's an interesting number from Wichita's lengthy unbeaten run: VanVleet played 511 more minutes as a sophomore than he did as a freshman. In all that extra time, he committed two more turnovers. He'll rarely score 20 points in a game, but he won't cost his team any games either.

Interesting "prediction" with every pre-season AA list out so far has Fred on the 1st team.

There's a link on that page to the 20 most fundamentally sound players in D1. Neither Fred or Ron is on that list.

Bleacher Report has had some reasonably accurate reporting, but it looks like they need to trim their contributor list again.

2nd team according to Dick Vitale

                          • Fred certainly belongs with all those guys, but there's no way Baker should be left off 5 teams.....he's so much better and more complete than Aaron White, Haws, Pinkston and Andrew Harrison it's not even funny.

Their first team is 2 centers, 2 forwards, 1 guard. They don't know how AA lists work.
