    Miles went:

    2011-12: 20-12
    2010-11: 19-13
    2009-10: 16-16
    2008-09: 9-22
    2007-08: 7-25

Miles is a good coach that turned CSU around in his time there, at a school that is not going to get much looks by recruits. He may have more success at UNL getting better looks at recruits.

I like his record, constant improvement every single year, and capped off his last year there with an NCAA tournament bid.

      And Marshall has gone:
      2011-12: 27-5
      2010-11: 29-8
      2009-10: 25-10
      2008-09: 17-17
      2007-08: 11-20

I guess my point is Miles just got his salary more than doubled for enjoying less success than Marshall has. Granted, the UNL job probably doesn't have the same perks our job has, and Marshall isn't concerned just about his paycheck, but still this kinda erks me. Or maybe what really erks me is that it's Saturday and a beautiful blue sky 75 degree Colorado day and I'm sitting in my office working, and I'm just taking it out on Miles, I dunno...it's probably that.

The huskers had to pay a premium to get a coach to come...the biggest thing they have to offer is money....it certainly isn't tradition or history of success

You and me both man! Saturday and I'm working away. But I'm stoked because Marshall just agreed to stay, and they're obviously bumping up his salary, so maybe they'll say Marshall is going to make 1.6!

I am not sure about the recruits. Would you rather go to the beauftiful Rocky Mountains to play for a team that made the big dance in 2012 or would you rather go to cold, snowy UNL to play for a team that has NEVER won a single game in the dance and hasn't even been invited in a long, long time.

I guess the lure of being able to attend UNL football games and playing the big 10 might help.

Believe me, it gets cold and snowy in Fort Collins.

Greg McDermott quoted as saying that Tim Miles "doesn't take himself too seriously." That's good, because he'll need a sense of humor for awhile, particularly against the Jays.

And if you are down wind of the animal husbandry complex it gets fragrant to say the least.

I'm pretty sure a wanker measuring contest between Ft. Collins and Wichita will come out very badly for Wichita 10 times out of 10.

                    Just sayin'...

Uh yeah. When it comes to stuff like this, Wichita is like an asian with a lack of testosterone. It'll get the job done, but no one is going to take a picture of it and put it on the cover of a magazine. Just be happy it works.

I've been told a wankerometer is a very _handy_ tool.

I see what you did and are you going to tell me anything over a handful is wasted?
