Marshall can bring it. I wonder if the wanna-be radio guy will be making the trip Saturday and dares to ask a question in the post-game news conference. If someone sees him at the arena...roll some tape for all of us to enjoy on uTube.

That guy's a turd. He's blowing that completely out of proportion.
He asks totally predictable questions and while GM was short, he was mostly respectful, with the exception of the "Matt is day-to-day" answer where the guy then asked "will he play Saturday?". Duh, you freaking idiot!
I suspect Marshall got the distinct impression early in the interview he was talking to a putz.
About the only think I'll give him (Perrault) is that GM did sound like he was on a speakerphone.Comment

actually.... earlier this year.... I was tlakign to Lynn Marshall about Gregg. and she mentioned that she cant get him to not use speakerphone and that it annoys her.
So i dunno i guess Coach always uses speaker phone.

I thought GM was fine. What's the fuss? I don't know what the kid doing the interview expected. Seemed like coach repsectively answered the questions straight up. Perhaps the kid was expecting him to kiss-ass or something.FINAL FOURS:

Somehow I doubt that guy has the guts to confront anyone about anything. The second Marshall ended the call the kid went into a rant about how terrible of an interview he was. Why not call him out on it during the interview? Its your show, you don't need to be nice to anyone or hold your tongue. In fact, I hope he does come to Wichita for the post-game press conference. He got what he deserved as far as I am concerned.
To be fair and balanced I will agree the speakerphone is not the best thing and the interview took place in his office because Jan called the show and transfered them to Gregg.

I think the host is overreacting more than a little to Coach. A non story that a local guy in bugaha looking for pub makes into a big deal. Coach's matter of fact answers to stock questions hardly warrant the host's self-serving rant.Comment
