    • According to this Jan 2022 article, the attendance in 2022 was at 8,365 per game at the time the article was posted. However, ticket scans (butts in seats) were at 4,945 per game. At the ratio, we probably were around ~4,000 ticket scans per game this season with 7,000 per game.

        5th lowest attendance since 1980. Only 1992, 1994, 1995 and 1996 were worse.
And that is why we are getting a new coach, even though some of us were chastised for not supporting the team by not attending games this year.

          • I hope we do something similar to this until season tickets and attendance returns to what it used to be…

$5 tickets and $30 to park the car.

Big reason why it’s hard for me to justify going to a Royals game and especially a Chiefs game. They get you coming, they get you going.

If WSU does this, I'd skip the $30 parking.

I was definitely focusing on the $5 tickets… families, schools, organizations, etc. Get butts in seats.

                    • Well as a first sign .. SASO renewal came today and they maintained the same SASO levels as the last 3 years. No increase.

                        There is a $20 non-reserved parking option.
