This has been one of my favorite threads. It's great to keep up with the progression of the team/players throughout the season.

Great thread, very useful. Thanks for maintaining.

Hopefully Karon can crack the top-10 in FG pct - although assuming 20 games at 7 attempts per game he'd need to hit 76% for the rest of the year...

Are the game played accurate? I haven't checked, but I thought Cooz missed a game last year with a concussion and then missed one in Vegas. Wouldn't that put him 2 behind Matt and Sean? Or am I completely wrong or missing something?

              Career Games

Shouldn't Kyle Wilson be added to the list of people approaching the Top 10 in career games?

                He's only played 3 seasons

                  Shocks02 answered it.

Also, I don't usually put freshman in any of the categories because they have quite a while to go before they affect a career #. You'll find examples where some new player is on a list somewhere (probably Mekel and Preadom). But until they're juniors or seniors, they really don't come close to reaching it. And team stats are available all over the web. So there's no offense meant when someone isn't included. It really takes a 4 year player to make any kind of noise in a category. I mean, as many FTs as Kyle shoots, you'd think he'd make the list for FTs shot or made (or even games played) but it doesn't work. Same with Karon, Phil, and Ryan. No slight intended.

JV, really appreciate your hard work. That is great to be able to review what our past players have done and how our current ones are stacking up.

Do these stats include the conference tournament?

Wow, PJ's going to make the list in so many categories

Games Played, Points, 3-Point Field Goals?, Rebounds, Assists, Steals (1 away from 10th), Blocks (9th)

Will this be updated after the Islands? It'll be fun to watch PJ move up, and into, some of the lists. He should end the season in I think 5 or so.

                              More on Stats

Snapshot9, I had the same question regarding the last time these stats were updated. It was 3/1/07, & the Shocks lost their 1st game of the post season MVC tournament to MO State on 3/2, so it looks the stats are only missing that one game plus the 1st game of this season.

I think it is great that these stats are available at all! It should be fun to see how many top categories Cooz can finish high in this year. Also, Matt Brauer moved up several steps in the Total career assists after the APB game is now about to pass Gary Cundiff for 17th place or so. Based on his usual aver assists per game, he's likely to finish in the top 10 in that category.
