Our coaches never understood how to use him IMHO. He worked so hard to set screens and roll to the basket. Also, posted up hard every time. Our pg's were clueless how to feed the post or run a pnr. How good would he have been with Fred as the pg? Pretty unstoppable I think.

Can't help but think that Bilau coming in had something to do with it as well. Midtgaard was recruited over repeatedly. Echenique started over Midtgaard for 2 years. With only one year left not surprising that he left.
