This is one of the dumbest teams I have watched. Their collective basketball IQ is in the bottom 1/3 of D1.

I am not totally opposed to letting the dawgs be dawgs but you can't let them go feral. You need some level of training, discipline, organization and accountability.

For the first time in a while the Shocks do not have there destiny in their own hands. And those that seem to influence that destiny don't seem so hot on the Shockers. Perhaps a bit to feral for those folks.

Let’s face it we don’t deserve a bid. If you can’t beat that team your not one of the top 64 anyway

I don't like this particular logic because we lost to mediocre Illinois State teams in 2012 and 2015 when we were clearly tournament worthy. We could afford this loss if we had beaten Missouri, OSU, or Memphis earlier this year. But when you play with fire this happens. We never learned how to close out games and struggled to find decent looks in the last 5 minutes and here we are.

DD has to attack the basket and force them to make a defensive play - there
was plenty of time for him to take it all the way instead we get a low % shot.
It was an exciting season.

Of course we can...not taking the chances that you are given and then losing is what makes people the most disappointed.

We spent the last four minutes of the game playing hero ball and abandoning the offense. At that point we gambled on the luck of tough shots going in and lost.

I understand you still got to win the game in the end, but you can only rely on winning those kinds of games for so long.

Tyson got totally hooked and pulled down on that last free throw were they got the rebound. Had he not...he would've easily grabbed it. Not saying we would've won...but that might've changed things.

Apparently we used them all up a couple years ago with SHJ hitting two and DD hitting one. Can't complain too much this season with how fortunate we've been in multiple situations with opponents missing theirs

Which is why you’ve got to learn how to come out on fire and take control of a game...play a decent first half for a change...and finish people off without making so many stupid mistakes. We grew up a lot this year...but didn’t complete the final exams.

I literally will not watch an NIT game. Sorry.

We'll get smoked in the first round of the NCAA's if we get "lucky" and make it but I'd definitely prefer being there at least.
