But what Sko is saying at least adds up on a timeline side of things. IB sounded wishy washy on whether or not the person in protocol could play- if they were 100% positive - I think they’d be out for sure.

The wording used makes me think that they wonder if it might not be a false positive - and it’s possible they could be cleared before Friday.

Hopefully that’s the case. I’m sure there is some kind of guideline in place for such a situation.

If they think one or more is a false positive situation I wonder if they will still travel to Fort Worth just separately from the team. Once they get there they’re put in a bubble within a bubble until they get another negative test or whatever. That way they can still play when cleared.

I don’t know, I’m just making stuff up. Hopefully its a false positive for one and the resulting contact tracing for the other and both can get cleared to go at some point this weekend.

I think some know but don't want to spill the beans because WSU is holding it close to the chest. Trying to leverage it as an advantage for the other team not to be able to gameplan.
