Personally, if you believe we should try to be more focused in protecting the most vulnerable I would up the capacity but put an age limit in place in addition to a health self-evaluation. I would anticipate most fans that are 70+ probably will pass anyway unless you already have had the disease so perhaps an age limit is not a good idea.

Doesn't say whether or not they will be taking temps at the entrances.

All Women's season ticket holders will be allowed to attend. I guess that tells you something about the level of season ticket sales for the women.
