    • Who's back did GM say was hurting bad? Back injuries are no joke and take long to heal. Damn!

Agreed. We usually don't do well in close games. But chalk that one up to a nice, close in, despite the near coaching blunder. This definitely was the type of game we didn't cash in on last year. Nice to win it for a change!

Luckily for us, UNI isn't very good and our talent prevailed in the end. That won't happen against someone like Creighton. If they out-rebound us and we play as poorly as we did for as long as we did tonight, it won't be pretty. Hopefully we learned a few things about adversity and how to overcome it tonight. Squeaking out a win doesn't hurt either.
              I disagree with this.

Stutz? He looked to be grimmacing a bit.

He probably shouldn't be going with that shot too many more times though. :)
I'm sure 3G will watch the video with Toure and he'll tell him great shot, don't try that again. Actually, I think Toure was mostly trying to draw a foul, which I actually think he did. Unfortunately, the guys with the whistles didn't see it that way. Fortunately, Toure's prayer was answered as the ball found the middle of the square and nestled so nicely through the net.

The way the game was being called, he should have gotten the foul call. Which is why I hope he threw that up there.
