If this is the case there should have been HR documentation and disciplinary action taken and filed. Thus the incident was addressed at the time. If there is another documentable incident HCGM may have a problem depending on what the language is about how an additional altercation would be handled, suspension or termination.

i can’t comment on any other possibly incidents, but the parking lot incident happened.

If this stuff happened, there's no good way to spin it. I wonder why it comes out years after the fact. I agree with others, if those are the only two major incidents, maybe there's a way forward. I hope we're not getting a taste of what IU fans felt like in Bobby Knight's last years. Mostly I just hope none of this is true.

But how many of you KNOW other anger management issues? Canada trip, former manager in the stands, misspelling name etc etc.

It is extremely difficult to see this ending well.
