The NCAA has called off its men's and women's basketball tournaments as part of a complete cancellation of all remaining spring and winter championships.
The truth will set you free. But first, it will piss you off.

              • Looks like Alianz had it in 2019.......

Hope they reinsured it. Seems like it would have been a prudent thing to do.

How many cases of the flu go unreported every year?

Nations are closing borders, stocks are plummeting and a New York Times headline reads: “The Coronavirus Has Put the World’s Economy in Survival Mode.” Both political parties have realized the cris…

Thank you for proving my point. Did you even read the scientific article (not the one written by an attorney)? Because there IS common sense to be gained from knowledge.

This has been a pretty normal flu season and 18,000 have died.

I think everyone would agree that if everything we are doing, including cancelling everything, were done every year, it would cut thousands off of that death tole.

Do you people that think these actions are prudent think they should be implemented every year since they would save thousands of lives?

Once again, thanks for proving my point. "...you people..." don't have the background to declare whether these actions are prudent. It's not ME, it's the WHO and CDC who make these recommendations! Do they make these recommendations each year for the flu? So, YES, I trust their opinion on what to do over a lawyers. Dr. Fauci is one of, if not THE, most respected ID specialists in the world; he literally WROTE the section on infectious diseases for the book used to teach ALL OTHER DOCTORS in the US and likely the world (Harrison's Principles of Internal Medicine). If he says we should avoid unnecessary gatherings of over so many people, then BY GOD I believe him. (p.s. you should, too!)

You didn't answer the question. Are you capable of thinking for yourself?
