THAT'S what is scariest. The power of any government over the individual in the context of the "public good". There's a difference between making a logical and reasonable choice on your own, and the government compelling you do to something via force. Any tyrant who wants to put his thumb on his citizens now has an awesome and totally accepted (apparently) blueprint to get to his or her end.

To what extent is any local, state or federal office allowed to tell people they cannot assemble, under the Constitution. We still have that document in force, right?

I am now starting to wonder if there will even be an NCAA tournament. Worst case I would hope it would be just postponed and played later but who knows.

I think the Constitution says “Promote the General Welfare” too. At least that’s what the Courts have ruled in the past.
