I know the kids like the GREYS, but can't we mix it up just a little.

I guess I'm in the minority when I say that I like the Gray uni's.

I was actually discussing this with some people over the weekend. The main point of conversation was how a Mizzou fan told me once that he always mistakes WSU apparel for Mizzou apparel because of the colors. I was stunned by this because WSU uses it's gold as a trim mostly, while everything about Missouri makes me want to vomit. But this basketball season, I bet a couple of schools, like temple, who never play wsu were wondering what WSU's actual colors were. Being as how we are only wearing White and Grey this season. I actually like the grey uniforms better than I do the white ones. Comparing our white uniforms to UNC's is just wrong. We barely have anything going on, on the white uniforms, if anything I think it's entirely too much white. But when comparing us to KSU's grey's, yes, KSU's grey's are much darker than ours, but KSU is also has worn 4 different uniforms this year. They have, White home uniforms, grey home uniforms, and purple and black away uniforms. Yes, count them, 4... My question is, why can't WSU have 4? We could.. Instead of just having the nearly all white home uniforms and the grey. Either of which really display WSU's actual colors.

The gray uni's aren't as bad as I thought they were going to be, but when the opponent wears white, they become a little hard to distinguish. How come we haven't worn the Yellows? I like our Yellows and would like to see them more. And our black uni's kind of became traditional for away games.

I like the grays as a home uniform. I would prefer a black uniform as our primary away uniform. Yellow uniforms could be used both as a road and home althernative. White, of course, is the classic home color. If we are limited to 3 colors not sure which one I would eliminate. My understanding is we do not have black uniforms this year nor do I recollect that we have worn the Yellow uniforms -- not sure we have the option or not.

I'm not a big fan of the gray, but it's ok. Not having black is unacceptable. I believe we wore the yellow uni's once early in the season. May have been the preseason game or first home game back from Puerto Rico. White is what it is. If they want gray so badly, use it instead of white at home. It's light enough. Yellow can be used for either home or away and black for away. Or just use four. But whoever decided to not have black made a VERY poor choice.Infinity Art Glass - Fantastic local artist and Shocker fan

His teams were always fundamentally sound, team oriented, well conditioned, and ran both their offense and defense with great patience. I know of no coach whose teams competed against his, whether it be at Wichita State, Iowa, or Oregon State, who did not have great respect for him."—John Wooden
