Coach Marshall said they'd probably go with a different color uniform for tomorrow's game, but he'd leave it up to the team. So if they're wearing the grays tomorrow night, then that's what the wanted to wear.

Depending on the lighting, the "superior" (LOL) quality of the channel 22 broadcast shows little difference between the gray and the home team white.....too close of a color to use as a visitor's uniform.

i just think its funny that halfway into the season we are still having this debate about of all things the color of a uniform. Yes black has been the classic color, but times change and for most of our fans we need to accept it. I let the team play in any color that they want as long as they win and like what they wear, just because for college players it does matter what you look like. can we just let it go, our team actually plays tomorrow maybe that is a better thing to talk about.

Nobody asked my opinion, but here it is anyway.

I love the gray uniforms. But as has been mentioned before, whether I (or anyone else here) like it or not really doesn't matter.

It's 3G's team, and both he and the team like gray, so gray it shall be. Holding out against it seems childish. I'll catch hell for this, but it's kind of not liking WSU teams when Eddie was here because he didn't play as much up tempo as Gene. Why? They won....is that not enough?

A) Gregg likes them, B) the team likes them. For those of us that were competitive in our younger days, remember what it felt like when you wore what you wanted and not what someone else wanted you to wear. I promise you that your entire demeanor was 100% with the former.

I like them and I will as long as A and B stay the same.

And for the record, I wish we also had black uniforms if for no other reason that to say, "Yeah, we're bad *** and we can break out these bangin' blacks anytime we want and be stone cold killers."

Just my thought, but greys are pretty awesome in the athletic world. But here's what I want. I want plain black with yellow numbers, straight up, no trim, no frills, no names on the back. Not even Wichita State on the front. Just MTXE in a bad *** font. That would be tops, hands down.
