          • I had heard Pat Kelsey may get a serious look from Cincy. Guess where he coaches now?

I had to look it up. That would be an interesting hire. Very similar in age also to the age of one of the former coaches of that program who has done very well since he left.

Other names: McMahan from Murray St, Brannen NKU, Thad Matta, Erik Martin, Darren Savino longtime assistant at Cincy.

          • You guys are crazy. $4mil is a lot anywhere. Housing is a quasi capital investment. Taxes will eat up a chunk, but he will be richer period. Once you factor in housing the rest is marginal...how many cheeseburgers can Mick eat.

          • Mick will be in the Final Four in no more than 4 years. Brennen will replace him. Nobody cares about St. John’s.

            • Saw reports that famous alum Nick Van Exel, currently on the Memphis Grizzlies bench, has expressed interest. So the Memphis/Vandy play might have legs.

How much would a high-class male prostitute that only serves A-list female Hollywood celebs rake in? Asking for a friend. Oh and I only work weekends, so calculate two days income per week only. Thanks! Oh, and what does it look like if you adjust that to middle and/or upper-low-class?

Belmont hires Lipscomb’s Casey Alexander. No surprise. This was a lock.

Step up? Sort of? Marginally, but not by much I guess.

                    • I think it’s definitely a step up.

It's really debatable... But I see what your saying

I have to agree. Furman is an outstanding small college in a great setting. But Belmont is simply much more substantial with much greater resources and in a great city. More likely to be able to sustain success at Belmont.

Wasn't Casey Alexander across town at Lipscomb? Furman's in Greenville, SC; coached by Bob Richey... or did Bob get poached also?

You are correct, Wstate. Our buddy 1972 tells us he's getting old, so maybe this is a first sign...

In any case, I agree -- Belmont is a step up in a number of ways. It also sounds like this may end up just being a trade of sorts between the two schools.
