          I am thinking this guys just puts together his own CIT & CBI bracketology. I dont believe he has any inside info as to whether these teams would accept a bid.

                        It not only has to do with winning and losing, but who you play (ranked Cincinnati) and how well you play them (3 point loss on a neutral court). Not going to look it up, but I'd guess Cincy's NET might have stayed the same or went down because of our rank vs theirs and their underperformance.
