  • Wolf is out. Heard on the radio this morning that he blogged or twittered that he had withdrawn from consideration. I imagine that was right after he was told he was not the pick.

      If I did have to bet I would probably bet on John Bardo also. Although that doesn't mean he wasn't the best choice among the finalist. Whether the 5 finalist that made the cut were the best we could do is hard to say but it is at least debatable I suppose.

        I agree that he may be the best of what we were given, but nobody was a HR type candidate based off of what we've been presented. Whoever it is, I hope they try to grow Wichita State and its image. As well as fully back the athletic department as it's very much the face of the University.

                    • President Bardo may very well prove to be the equal of President Beggs. However, Shirley Beggs may be the unreplaceable piece of the puzzle.
