He will eligible next year in December after the semester (unless he files a waiver with the NCAA - then who knows)

Looks like a good fit for him, Washington State doesn’t play D. But, then again some say their coach will be out at the end of the season.

Making sure I got this right, so instead of him deciding to redshirt a year, he now gets to sit out one year (essentially), and another full semester.
