First half grades:
SHJ: A-: Good decision making other than one shot, just a little inattentive on the defensive end but no huge issue. Very encouraging to see him play this way vs. what we've seen in some other games.
ES: A : Usual scrappy self, didn't force any shots, and most importantly (to me) I didn't see him getting torched in defensive transition the way he sometimes does.
JB: C+:
RT: B: Nothing outstanding but liked seeing the drive and maybe at least seeing the ball go through the net at the end counts for something.
DD: C-: Didn't like his choices on either end.
MM: C+: Judging him partly on a higher curve because he's capable of so much more.
JE: B: He HAS to be able to stay on the court--by far our best big on both ends.
IPBC: C: Not as active on the glass as we've seen in other games
MU: C-: Some ok defensive stands but yet another quick foul and an atrocious outlet pass near the end of the half that would have been points in transition if he'd made a better one.
