Here is a link to his recruiting thread but that only started 10 hours ago. Teddy will have to sit out next year.

" Teddy Allen and Bob Huggins seemed like a marriage destined to fail. The freshman from Boys Town was volatile. The coach at West Virginia was, too.
When Allen busted out in early January with 20 points against Trae Young and Oklahoma, he showed he could play at the highest level. But Huggins benched him one week later. That’s where Allen spent most of the winter. Teddy Bear and Huggy Bear couldn't get along.
So it was no surprise Thursday when Allen announced his transfer intentions. Does he come back to Nebraska? Not likely. Neither the Huskers nor Bluejays showed much interest two years ago.
I could see Allen at Iowa State, which recruited him hard. Wherever he lands, he needs to find the right fit. A coaching staff that inspires discipline and maturity."

Doesn't like to play D. Doesn't like a coach that rides his butt. Getting benched after a good game says a lot about his ability to be coached. Looks like a high risk/high reward type of player.
That's the most politically correct way I can express my attitude about recruiting this guy.The future's so bright - I gotta wear shades.
We like to cut down nets and get sized for championship rings.

Mountaineer fan here. Most of us were sad to see Teddy go because he does have huge upside. He has an absolute knack for scoring. His jump shot needs a ton of work so his game was really limited mid range and in. He's not the most athletic so he seemed to struggle against teams that had athletic defenders that were bigger/stronger than him (see all the WVU games vs Baylor last year) Teddy has never seen a shot he doesn't like so that sometimes got him in trouble with the staff.
His biggest issue at WVU was his attitude. Hopefully another college/coach can take that out of him. There were a couple pretty notable incidents last year....he physically pushed a coach and told him to suck his **** during practice. There was also another issue where he slapped away the hand of the same coach on the bench during a game. There have also been rumors that he has some personal issues going on in Morgantown that were also distractions.
Hopefully the kid can get his head on straight, because the potential for him to be the leading scorer is there....
