Only got to watch most of the first half. 2nd half was updates via messaging from ESPN while on a flight ay 35,000 feet. Thank goodness for on board wireless.

Both teams were held scoreless for the entire game. UConn held for last shot. God Bear had a huge two-handed block and then drove the length of the court for a thunderous jam at the buzzer, which blew the roof off of the joint. Shockers won 2-0. I think the best news out of this is that it's now obvious that Austin Reeves has been accepted as the "vocal leader" of the team. I know it's UConn (and I can't believe I just typed that), but everybody looked like they were back in the flow, and if that's the trend going forward, we will be finishing strong indeed.
The Temple game (Revenge Mode activated) will be telling, as will the road game at Cincy after that. We need to destroy Temple like we're the Romans and need to at least go toe-to-toe with Cincy at their place for me to feel like the ship has been truly righted.Comment
