How am I defending them? I'm just quoting facts. Just because I/we don't like a particular program doesn't mean we can set aside our negative feelings and objectively evaluate the merits of that team and whether or not they deserve something.
I think KU deserved a bid too. But that has nothing to do with the post I made.
What do I need to defend WSU on? Since I'm a fan of WSU athletics, I like to think I am more well versed on the goings on in a particular WSU sport than an outsider is. So if the Shox are doing something good or bad, it is what it is and us WSU fans should understand why they are in that situation. It's a given and there is no need to for me to rise to their defense. However, if a non-fan comes to our board or says something on their board, then I will and have defended WSU many a time. All you have to do is go into any OU, OSU, KU or KSU board and do some research.

However, if I make an opinion regarding another program and I am not a fan of that program then I like to quote just the facts to support whatever opinion I have.

I think KU deserved to get in as well and I promise you my hatred for KU goes deeper than 99.9% of the people on here can possibly imagine.

Baylor did not deserve in, not even close, and OSU shouldn't have gotten in as well.

I didn't think KU had a good enough finish to get in. I still don't.
Although I could care less, KU deserved to get in. They won series against Texas 3-0, KSU 2-1 and OU 2-1 and us of course (ugh). Texas and OU are top 8 national seeds. Their 15-15 record against the RPI top 50 is pretty good too. They stunk it up in the conference tourney, but their body of work was good enough.

Had they not swept us though, they would not have gotten in. :D
Not everyone agrees with you; this College Baseball Insider article states:
The Big 12 seemed to catch all the breaks. All three bubble teams – Kansas, Baylor and Oklahoma State – made the field.
Some posts are not visible to me. :peaceful:
Don't worry too much about it. Just do all you can do and let the rough end drag.
