Ridenhour, Kansas’ prized freshman arm, silenced the Shockers’ bats two months ago in Lawrence, and told reporters after the game that he had picked Kansas over the Shockers during his recruitment because Wichita State was a program on the decline.
“It was a hostile environment for him tonight,” coach Ritch Price said. “He ran his mouth a little bit in the newspaper the first time when he was really excited about his performance, but he’s grown up, he’s more mature.”
I'm sure he is mature enough not to whine while the Shocks play in the NCAA tourney. Some posts are not visible to me. :peaceful:
Don't worry too much about it. Just do all you can do and let the rough end drag.

BTW, what makes you think KU won't be in the tournament?
It simply shows that he probably struggled with the decision to go to KU and he continues to talk himself into believing he made the right decision.

Warren Nolan rpi of 53 - Very bubbly
went 0-3 in the big 12 tourney.
4-6 in their last 10 games.
9-12 on the road
only 3-3 against teams with an rpi of 101-200.
The thing they have going for them is that they are 15-15 against the rpi top 50 (playing in a good BCS conference gives them many opportunities to get good wins). That gives them several quality wins and will probably be enough to get them in.
But they will have to sweat it out and if they don't make it the committee has plenty of good reasons to leave them out.
I have not kept up with how the other conference tournaments went down this year. But if there were several upsets, KU could get left out.
