Love this! I preach to my son about trying to hit it as hard as you can right back up the middle every time.

        • Alec Bohm is currently 2nd in MLB in average (.366), OPS (1.036) and RBIs (30)

          • Bohmer went to arbitration this season. Phillies offered 3.4 and Bohm wanted 4. He got 4 (estimated value was around 4.5)

The Phillies are going to have to decide if they want him long term soon. Next year is his last before FA. If he continues to have the year he's having now (.325 + and around 100 RBI) his value is probably around double (at least) next year and between 15-40 mil the next. At LEAST. He is hugely popular in Philly. They should offer him a big deal this year, before '25 arbitration, I just don't have an idea what it would take. Maybe 5 years at $125 million all guaranteed?

I just hope to heaven Boras isn’t his agent. That guy has screwed up so many of his clients the last few years it isn’t funny. His methods don’t work anymore.

Bad for him if he plans on getting more than a 1-2 year deal. Boras makes his clients wait until the bitter end and most end up shafted.

                    • Bohm now leads the majors, with .364, tied for first in RBIs, 3rd in OPS, 2nd in doubles, and 6th in slugging.

                          • It's pretty unbelievable how little WSU has accomplished as a team over the last 8ish years. A serious lacking of pitching, fielding, and cajones.

MLB contracts are always fully guaranteed. NFLPA is not happy that they can’t say the same.
