I wish Bohm all the success in the world, but I thought he was basically Exhibit A of the Launch Angle doctrine of the past 10 years. It worked out for him and he had a decent Shocker career with individual statistics. Didn't really help win a lot of games for WSU though. Though anyone giving a crap about helping a college actually win games anymore may just be a pipe dream.

Hard to tell on the first two views, but in the 3rd look from behind the 1st baseman it does look like he got him by a gnat's eyelash.

IIRC, there were lots of questions about whether Alec would be able to play 3rd in the majors when he was drafted.
