disappointing the way this team has competed at the plate. First 2 batters didn't even swing the bat in the 9th. I thought this team was better than that.

This team SHOULD be better than that, but they seem to fade dramatically against top 25 teams in the regular season. Handled easily by Long Beach, and now Nebraska has made them look foolish. This is why I won't be surprised if we don't host a regional.

absolutely pitiful. when 2 of your best 3 hitters sit and look at called third strikes that are right there, and then a third guy ends up looking at one down the pipe to end the game... Why is this team always so inconsistent, and why can't they beat good teams?

We literally watched this game go by.

I'm starting to believe that we are an inflated team with a padded record. When it comes to playing the best teams, we choke.

If we take care of business in the Valley, we'll probably still end up hosting... maybe.

You can kiss that national seed goodbye though.
