Between Hayes and Chase Williams,i don't know which one has been more of a disappointment.

I would say that John Hayes is. Chase essentially had one good outing late last year but otherwise was very average and lacked command. John Hayes was pretty solid last year and was named to a Stopper fo the Year in the preseason. John simply has not had good command for some unknown reason.
