Just walked out of the WSU baseball offices. Secretary's desk is completely cleared off. All pictures gone. Other office cleaned out as well

Regardless of which side of the fence you are on regarding Gene's termination as head coach, this will be a little bit of a heart-wrenching press conference to listen to. I suppose more than a little bit if you are a huge Gene supporter.

I suppose it is, but if the positive is accentuated Gene has had a tremendous 36-year run doing what he loves where he has built a legacy that will long be remembered and at some point appropriately honored and he has made a pot load of money in the process. He has made his own luck, but still life has been good to Gene at least in terms of his professional success. I hope life continues to be good for Gene.
