Pointing out ADES on this isn't really necessary. This hire is not ADES's, it's BK's. ADES will shake the new guys hand, take pictures, put the jersey on him but it'll be BK's guy.

Agree, but ADES has final say. I was a little harsh on "strikeout" was just expecting a better higher as program should attract high profile guys. I just want to Win baby!

ADES knew 8 months a new contract wasn't going to be offered. Yet it came down to resign or be fired. Geez, how awkward and clumsy. I like BK but other than WSU player alums, who is going to want to work with Gene's shadow? More awkward. Hope he can keep the good recruiting class together. Sure all of them say they are good (day after the firing) but I guarantee you that is not the case now. A lot of people have been whispering in their ears.

To me the longer we wait it means one of two things, it is a bloodline coach or it is someone still playing ball. I believe that the offer has been made.

It would also be awkward because the guy had a very poor season this year in the very weak WAC. His team finished tied for sixth and seventh. Not good.
