Got to give the Shocks credit as they rallied from behind twice.

The pitching certainy wasn't dominant but it was just good enough.

Casey Gillaspie with a good day at the plate is the POG.

Didn't realize Nate Goro wound up at ORU, interesting.

He went to JUCO near or in st.louis for a year and then transferred to ORU. Played for them last year as well.

They did go 1-2 versus STL so not impressive start. ORU is picked to finish 3rd in the Southland. But with recent track record at ORU you have to be happy.

T.J. stikes out he 1st two hitters in the 9th. He then gave up a 2-out single on an 0-2 count. We must lead the nation base hits allowed on 0-2 counts.

Another single puts the tying run in scoring positon with 2-outs.

Brandon Peterson will come on in relief to try and get the final out.

Most of the time that is on the pitcher, but could be the catcher's mistake as well. Once in a while the bitter will connect on a bad pitch.

If no one is on, without fail the batter should get a 59 foot slider.

Nice win! We have had a lot of trouble over the years beating ORU in Tulsa.

Probably a little of both. We will have to see how ORU is this year but they have always nailed us in years past. So maybe there is a glimmer of hope.
