Isn't this the 3rd season in a row for WSU to win in Tulsa? Before then it was forever, anyways I think the two years before this season ORU got off to slow start, righted ship and made it to two straight regional finals. In contrast WSU both of the last two seasons won in Tulsa then fumbled around the rest of the season.
EDIT: Yep looked it up WSU has won in Tulsa 3 straight seasons now. 7-2, 10-3, and yesterdays 5-4. So to me this really doesn't mean much of anything. I bet ORU comes to Wichita and wins it's 7th in a row here. Last time ORU lost in Wichita was during the 2007 regional. They won here twice in either 09 or 10. Looks like they come to Wichita twice this year...no bueno.
