A yellow stripe that only goes halfway down on the pants makes them look like they are wearing shorts... which makes them look like softball players...

Way to soon to make that conclusion yet, but I did have some concerns about Cale based on his poor numbers from last summer. Hopefully, a lot of it was just nerves associated with starting his 1st game in College.

You are right but three years of frustration gives ol Lax a short fuse. I will try to bite my tongue next time.

Looks like Cale is settling down pretty good. 41 pitches through 3 innings, oughtta be able to get 2 more out of him.

Same old crap as I see it so far. No one really working the count deep, bunting for hits, weak ground balls and poor situational hitting. Their pitcher is decent but our mindset is the same as it has been the last few years.

hopefully things improve and it's the first game but I gotta say this offense looks like the same offense. No walking, taking strikes, swinging at outside pitches, lots of weak bouncers.

4+ years shouldn't surprise any of us now. There aren't more than 3 players on the roster that would even make the team say 6 years ago, much less 10-20 years ago.

It's going to be a LONG 2 seasons because Gene isn't going to step down, he's just going to sink with the ship, and it's not going to be heroic.
