D1 Baseball is again listing impact transfers but this year are doing pitchers only (top 85 I think) and then some number of position players. I haven't seen any yet that impact our league (East Carolina may have had 1, I'll double check) but I see Ruger Riojas from UTSA has transferred to Texas. If I remember correctly, he was the reliever that we lit up after they brought him back on no days rest down there last season. He's listed in the 30s. I expect Tommy LaPour will be in the last list or maybe the teens.
