That was disappointing. I like hiring capable alum's if possible including a HC.

The bagging of Clagget is now probably warranted. But that doesn't mean MP should've been retained. I'm sorry but our pitching was just as bad, if not, worse under his direction. Compare staff ERA's over the years to this year. If you think this year is different from previous years' staffs, then you haven't been paying attention. And I don't mean to diss an alum but those are just the cold, hard facts.
