Bottom line, we're not good enough to gift a team 5 runs like we did today, and run ourselves out of at least one, if not 3 more.


This team needs to be very clean to win consistently. Today was an excellent example of how not to do it.


Winning the series tomorrow has to be considered a good thing. But it's also a long way from happening.

Very young teams will struggle at times. How they react to those struggles will define what type of culture is really establishing itself. I like what I see so far in how the team responds to adversity. Go Shocks!

The same lack of baseball IQ continues to haunt this program. If you are on second - there is no reason to guess if the ball is getting by the catcher. If it does, you walk down to third. If it doesn't you don't want to run yourself out of an inning.
