Believe it or not the Shocks have the tying run at the plate in the top of the 9th with 1 out, trailing 11-15 with the bases loaded. Sawyre Thornhill strikes out for out #2.

Up to freshman Jack LIttle who delivers a game tying grand slam.

After that, we will probably lose in the bottom of the ninth. What a comeback though.

Who is Patrick Dunn? His ERA dropped from 54 to 27 this game so I guess he hasn't seen much action.

Called it. Why not go with Snead there once we tied it up?

And that probability became a reality. UCF 16 - WSU 15.

15 runs just not quite enough on a Friday. Good effort though.

                ... No really, deuces.

Hibbs is having about as much impact on the end of a game as IB.

As much as I'm PO'd about this game, *hit happens. In last night's game between the Dodgers (best record in the NL going into the game) and the Cardinals (tied for the worst record in the NL), St Louis blew the game open by scoring 7 runs in the bottom of the 8th for a16-8 victory. Cardinals also hit 7 home runs.

Just an observation - during many of the Butler days, threads would barely reach a few posts from mostly the same few of us. You're all here, posting and we've had some pretty long threads lately.

Don't know what it means. Just saying.

Hibbs sends to runners to steal and they get thrown out by a mile. We suck on the base paths and we waste runners now the game is tied by UCF.
