Another great setup for the Shocks. Can they take advantage. That gift run the gave ORU looms large now.

Bases loaded, down 2 runs, with 1 out. What a setup.

Fly ball is all we needed Ingram. Fly ball to the outfield that is.

                  Miner is on my list.

Yep, that was a brain dead move on his part.

I really thought they might pull this off.

U can’t do bonehead things. Every out matters. U have to make sure they are productive and not a strike out and pop out on a pitch out of the zone.

He might as well have struck out. Same result.

Great contact by Herring but just turned in to a long final out.

And that gift run in the 9th does, in fact, loom very large.

Sometime the difference between winning and losing is pretty small.

One bad pitch in the wrong spot by Cranz and Minor's adventures in the 9th was all it took.

Bases loaded with 1 out…manufacture a run. You cannot pop out in that situation. Good teams not even great teams find a way to get that tying run in that situation.

So it appears that in the top of the 9th Jace Minor got the 1st two guys without any trouble. After a ground ball single to right Jace promptly uncorked a wild through on a pick off attmept that allowed the runner to move all the way to 3rd. Then as he was heading back to the mound after backing up 3rd base he half-heartedly (at best) maybe tried to call time out then casually rolled the ball into the Shocker dugout. Unfortunately, the umps had not granted him a timeout and the runner from 3rd jogged home. Not sure I have ever seen anything like that. Very little league-like.
