K-State takes the lead on a 3-run homer. 7-6. Just pathetic really. K-State with 4 runs on one hit in the 6th and I believe overallo they have scored 7 runs on only 4 hits. Just love those free passes and hanging pitches in a batter's wheelhouse.

It was little odd to bring a lefty in to face a right-handed batter. However, the pitch by LaBrie that was hit out was simply poor location.
