Let us know when you’re back to interested in the team.

    If 8 of 10 is uninteresting then maybe 19 of 20? 28 of 30?

When they can navigate themselves above .500 and win games at home against sub 200 teams.

But you can keep on, keeping on the rah-rah-rahs in here, now that you’ve been mysteriously taken back in the basketball forum. Don’t be that guy again.

Great job by Tolle! Worked around an error on Casserilla and Sigrist misplaying a foul ball to get out of the first unscathed. What has happened to our defense this year? Lol

I think it is Pat Strathman who is currently: radio play-by-play voice of Kansas Wesleyan University, Salina Central and Salina South High Schools and host of "In The Zone", a daily, two-hour sports talk show during drive time.

Shane Dennis is doing the radio. So where is Mike Kennedy or Denning Gerig?

Payton has not been especially sharp over his first 3 innings. Hopefully, he will start to settle in.

Guess not. He out, Foster Gifford is in to start the 4th.

Mike said yesterday that he had an important family event today and will be back tomorrow.

I think this is what you call dinking and doinking but the Shocks need to take advantage of the good fortune they have had to load the bases with not outs

Ugh. Shocks got about the least they good out of that situation but did get it tied 3-3. Really did not hit a ball hard that inning so perhaps got what they deserved.

Good AB by Brock Rodden making solid contact up the middle to drive in Stewart from 3rd to put the Shocks up 4-3.

Situational hitting and hitting with RISP are 2 huge things holding this team back.

You can probably just point to offense as a whole also.

2-run jack puts NM back on top at 5-4 in the top of the 6th.. That ball was hit right nose on a pitch that Gifford pretty much teed up for the batter. After the home rune Giffrod hit a batter, got a stirke out for the 2nd out then gave up a single. Nate Adler came on in relief and promptly gave up a solid 2-out RBI single. NM up 6-4 heading onto the bottom of the 6th.

Shocks need to show some life over these final 4 at bats.

Chuck Ingram leads off the home half of the 6th with a home run to dead center to make it 5-6.

Xavier Casserilla immediately follows with a homer to right for his first career home run to tie it at 6-all.

                                That's showing some life guys.
