Shocks give up a 5-spot to Purdue in the 7th to fall behind 3-8.

I'm starting to wonder if the Shocks may not be an arm or too short in middle relief that could cause them some problems this year. Perhaps this is where the loss of Zach Beringer may manifest itself.

Shocks fail to score in the bottom of the 7th going down without much of a fight after a leadoff walk.

I get the best of of both worlds. I got to watch Shocker baseball on a pretty nice day in Wichita and now I get to go home and watch the basketball team.
