ECU cruises to a 6-1 win in game 1 of the series. Shocks score an unearned run in the bottom of the 9th to avoid the shut out.

UConn falls in the 1st game of today's DH with USF pulling out a 3-2 win. However, UCONN_Husky that doesn't mean the dreams of many Shocker fans regarding Clearwater are not still alive. It kind of depends on what those dreams are.Originally posted by UCONN_Husky View Post

Game 2 with ECU is scoreless after 4. Clayton McGinness has only allowed a 1 out single in the 4th that was erased in a double play so he has faced the minimum of 12 batters so far.Comment

ECU scratches out a run in the top of the 6th but the Shockers match that with an unearned run in the bottom of the 7th. Tied 1-1 through 7.
Clayton McGinness with perhaps the best outing of his career so far. He is only at 77 pitches through 7 innings.Comment
