You still have to account for the extra at bats due to the errors.

In the end, its a big ol jar of WTF, but good thing is it only counts as bad as 1-0 loss. There's the spin you are fishing for.

That what happens sometime on these rough weather days. The incoming team has been prepared for the worst and when they get out there it not as bad as they thought it would be. While the home team already know what it going to be like, and just don't want to be out there in it and are not focused.

And maybe the Tulane team got wind of this article and put it to good use on their bulletin board.
