Yes, people always make mistakes. But those mistakes are usually based on bad choices or judgment. In any case, the next step is accountability and rehabilitation. Then forgiveness and 2nd chances follow.
The length and severity of the accountability and rehabilitation phase will depend on the nature of the transgression. Which at this point is a relatively significant unknown that needs to be known before any judgments can be made.
BGSU has this information and their judgment resulted in a pretty drastic action. I have no doubt Chris is very remorseful and no doubt embarrassed by whatever he did to cause this. But that is not the same as accountability and rehabilitation.

Ok, so whatever he did in the bar, he didn't immediately get arrested for, so it probably wasn't criminal. But, obviously it was bad enough that it got him fired. So, it's hard to know what exactly would fall into that grey area. I would love for him to be back on staff assuming whatever is on that video is not too vile. It might be hard for Jans to crawl back to Wichita after being fired and immediately get back into the swing of things, but HCGM will have to make that call.“Let your plans be dark and impenetrable as night, and when you move, fall like a thunderbolt.”

Anyone find the timing on this odd. He gets fired literally 12 hours after Marshall decides to stay at WSU. Anyone think they were hoping Marshall would go to Bama and then they could keep this hush hush in hopes that we would try to hire Jans?Follow me on twitter: https://twitter.com/Shox_KCfan
