First time in 18 years that BG has won a road opener. BG fans are pretty happy.
The future's so bright - I gotta wear shades.

      Per the article:

BG got points from 12 players, four of whom reached double figures, to claim the program’s first win in its opening road game since 2007

Aargh, where did you get the 18 years? From their forum?

Now they play WSU. Wright State U. Coach Jan's understands the importance of having a true quarterback at the point guard slot. His former point guard

commenced to tear it up at the 2 slot. Adjustments that make a key team improvement are already evolving. there. This is no surprise but shocked their

        foes.

There's two different scenarios. Road openers and road season openers. 2007 for the road opener (not necessarily the season opener), 18 since they won a season opener that was also on the road.

How much younger is Jans than Marshall? When Marshall retires here, we can hire Jans to continue his coaching career.

Thanks for clarification. For whatever reason, I was not catching that?

Coach Jans gets victory number 3 against SE Missouri. Now 3-0. He says this head coaching stuff is easy peasy. Or something to that effect.

Coach liked the pieces he had available to him when he got to BGSU and I believe all the kids stayed and bought in. They just hadn't been coached much in the past. Someone else pointed it out, but their big in the middle really is a nice player and will be a handful in the MAC. Chris is not going to finish in the bottom 2 of the MAC.

One of the players just promoted to start is the former coaches son, Chauncy Orr.

BG and Detroit coming down to the wire. Tied 60 all with 2 minutes left. Richaun Holmes for NGU has 24 and 18 with 4 blocks.
