Not to downplay any of the incidents, but this reminds me of Larry Eustachy; people CAN come back from this. I'd like to give him a "vesting" by HCGM and I'd certainly consider hiring him back if he meets certain requirements. Let's see what plays out.

Mistakes is too broad a term. Some mistakes are worse than others. None of us can judge the severity of Jans' actions until we know more about the "mistake" that he made.

BGSU fires Chris Jans. A former Wichita State bball assistant. Talked to BGSU and they're being VERY tight lipped.

BGSU's statement said it related to his recent public conduct. Now what recent means is certainly open to interpretation but I would guess we are talking days and not weeks.
